The other day I was running a few minutes late to work when I noticed these really cool looking commercial bike racks. That morning had been so chaotic from the very moment that I got up. First my alarm went off incredibly loud. The night before I had played with the volume and it nearly gave me a heart attack when it went off in the morning. Then there was no cold water in the shower and I was out of bread, so I couldnt make anything for breakfast. And I got caught up in traffic for the longest time and I was staring at the same hitch bike rack on the back of this really cool off road vehicle for what seemed like forever.
By the time I got into the parking lot I knew I was going to be late. Then I saw an old colleague of mine who was heading up to a meeting and we started talking, so before I knew it a few more minutes passed. Then of course I saw those garage bike racks which totally drew my eye. They looked like one of those things that an artist designs so that they can totally catch everyones attention. They usually only vaguely resemble the thing that they’re supposed to, but they look really cool and I guess that is the point of them.
