Business is always trying to improve service to customers. However, businesses are often not yet fully understand about what should be a major concern in serving customers. Following this, at least there are four that became the main concern in a service:
Quality
Quality is the main factor of the first sought by a customer in evaluating the product / service. Therefore, the quality is absolutely necessary to become a major concern in providing service to customers. High quality customer trust will bind to the product / service to us, and vice versa on the products / services of poor quality.
To improve quality, then you can perform a series of quality improvement activities such as Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, all of which seek to minimize the variations that occur in quality.
